This web site will detail the complaint of judicial misconduct that William M. Windsor has filed against Federal Judge Orinda D. Evans.

In Civil Action Number 1:06-CV-0714-ODE, Judge Orinda D. Evans is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the effective and expeditious administration of the business of the courts.  She treated the Defendants in a hostile manner.  She violated the Code of Conduct.  She had improper motives.  This misconduct took place between March 2005 and October 2008.

Judge Evans withheld documents from William M. Windsor and Alcatraz Media, denied the most basic discovery, and allowed Maid of the Mist to give false testimony hundreds of times.  When advised of the perjury by Maid of the Mist, Judge Evans ignored it and took no action.  She then issued orders based upon perjury -- false sworn testimony.

I hate to be rude, but Judge Evans is the worst judge I could ever imagine encountering.  She completely ignored the facts and the law in this case.  In my opinion, Judge Evans has absolutely no business working as a judge of anything.

I understand there are many other parties and attorneys who have been abused by Judge Orinda D. Evans.  I invite everyone who feels they have been abused by Judge Orinda D. Evans to contact me so we can attempt to take action against her as a group.
